The KPIs page on ennabl allows users to create a custom dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs), centralizing all relevant business metrics on a single page. This feature helps users track relevant KPIs in one place, allowing for the efficient creation of custom dashboards.

Access to data is limited to the user's permissions within ennabl.

Accessing the KPIs Page

The KPIs page is accessible from the side navigation bar and the Homepage Quick Navigation.

My KPIs

The My KPIs section displays KPIs that users add from the Overall KPIs and KPI Catalog lists. By default, this section is empty until the user adds KPIs.

KPIs are displayed from left to right in the order they were added.

Users can reorder KPIs by clicking and dragging the dots in the top left corner of each card.

KPIs can be deleted using the trash icon in the top right corner of each card.

Overall KPIs

The Overall KPIs section shows the total metrics for the user's book of business. These KPIs are displayed alphabetically and provide an overview of key metrics.

Adding a KPI

To add a KPI from Overall KPIs, click the 'Add KPIs' button on the desired card. The KPI will automatically be added to the My KPIs list.

Displayed Metrics

Each KPI card displays a 'total' metric further broken down by policy status, product segment, or other relevant metrics when added to My KPIs.

Time Periods

Below the KPI titles, there are KPIs for Year-to-Date (YTD), Rolling 12-month, and Inforce time periods; users can toggle these time periods independently when added to My KPIs.

KPI Catalog

The KPI Catalog section allows users to search for and select specific entities to view KPIs. Users can add multiple KPI cards for different entities at the same time.

Categories

The slider bar allows you to navigate through categories such as Products, Industries, Markets, Producers, Biz Org, and Acc Managers.

Default Display

The top 9 entities by revenue are displayed by default, with an option to search for other entities.

Metrics Display

Whenever you click on a card within any of these categories, you'll see a chart showing figures representing rolling 12-month data and year-over-year metrics for:

Adding Multiple KPIs

Users can add multiple KPI cards for different entities. For example, adding Clients (book), Clients (Lost), Premium (book), and Premium (Lost) will create four KPI cards and add them to the My KPIs list.
