Target Industry

The Target Industry tab offers insight into the performance of industries you're currently engaged with. Identify high-performing sectors and refine your search criteria for new customers using the magnifying glass feature. This strategic focus enables efficient and targeted growth within preferred industries.

Net-New

Net-New is a central hub for discovering untapped opportunities, enriched with data from third-party sources like DnB, RocketReach, and HazardHub. Aggregated Net-New data includes comprehensive information on companies, individuals, and locations. Advanced search capabilities allow you to explore prospects by industry, geography, or Form 5500 data.

Search Limits: Notifications will alert you when your search limit is nearing. If you need more credits, contact [email protected] for assistance.

People Search Filters:

  • Name: First Name, Last Name

  • Location: City, State, Zip Code

  • Employer Information: Industry, Name, Revenue

  • Job Title

  • Education

  • Keywords

HazardHub powers searches for COPE data (Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposure), which allows you to assess critical property risk information.

Whether exploring individuals, companies, or locations, the Net-New tab provides actionable insights for effective prospecting.

Cross-Sell

The Cross-Sell tab prioritizes top-revenue accounts and suggests products that have yet to be purchased. By identifying untapped products, you can grow your accounts effectively while streamlining the identification of cross-selling opportunities.

Product Filters:

  • Preset Product Pairs: Common combinations of products bought and not bought that can be quickly applied.

  • Products Bought

  • Monoline Toggle: Identifies accounts with only one type of coverage.

Advanced filters and search options help refine searches by company, individual, and location, providing a straightforward approach to discovering new cross-selling opportunities.

Renewals

Manage policy renewals seamlessly with the Renewals tab, divided into timelines of 30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days, and beyond 90 days. Smart tags such as "Renewed," "Pending," and "In Progress" provide status updates, helping you prioritize actions effectively. You can also sort renewals in ascending or descending order based on premium or expiration date, giving you a clearer view of priority actions. The timeline segmentation and status indicators ensure precise renewal management and timely account engagement.

Win-Back

The Win-Back tab allows you to target lost policies and accounts for re-engagement opportunities strategically. To prioritize your efforts, you can sort the opportunities in ascending or descending order based on loss date, account name, lost revenue, or product type. Smart tags show whether you lost the entire account or just specific policies, guiding your win-back strategy and helping you turn previous losses into future successes.

All Saved

The All Saved tab allows you to organize and prioritize your follow-ups. It contains individual tabs for All, Net-New, Cross-Sell, Renewals, and Win-Back. You can click the dropdown caret icon on the left-hand navigation bar to create your custom-named list.

You can sort these lists by:

  • Title

  • Created Date

  • Updated Date

  • Employees

  • Industry

  • Name

  • Premium

  • Products

  • Next Renewal Date

Download your lists by clicking the down arrow to export them into an Excel file for further analysis.

Discarded

The Discarded tab allows you to review and manage set-aside opportunities. This feature lets you revisit and potentially restore discarded items, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.

All Reminders

Consolidate all your follow-up reminders in the All Reminders tab. This organizational tool helps you stay on top of action items and ensures timely account engagement.

Email, Call, Visit

The Email, Call, and Visit tabs allow you to plan and track your engagement strategies. They organize your outreach efforts, making executing and monitoring communication plans easier while fostering a structured relationship-building approach.
